Nacionalinė džiaugsmo kampanija, kurios tikslas neleisti neapykantos kurstymui atsirasti ne tik virtualiame, bet ir realiame pasaulyje. Kampanija vykdo žmogaus teisių edukaciją bei patyčių prevenciją, skatina aktyvų jaunimo dalyvavimą puoselėjant žmogaus teisių vertybes.

Siekiant žmogaus teisių edukaciją bei patyčių internete prevenciją vykdyti jaunimui patrauklia forma, kampanijos simboliu pasirinkta Panda. Tai džiaugsmo idėjos ambasadorius, kviečiantis džiaugsmo bei gerumo kasdienybėje nepaversti nykstančia rūšimi.

Sukuriant sinergiją tarp kampanijos ambasadoriaus Pandos pasirodymų viešojoje erdvėje ir visuomenės įtraukimo į pozityvias momentines veiklas, interaktyvių priemonių socialiniuose tinkluose bei edukacinės veiklos žmogaus teisių tema, tikimės ugdyti supratingumą  ir draugišką atmosferą virtualioje erdvėje bei paskatinti jaunų žmonių iniciatyvas, kuriant žmogaus teisių vertybėmis grindžiamą elektroninę erdvę.

Kampaniją įkvėpė tarptautinis judėjimas No Hate Speech Movement (Judėjimas be neapykantos).

National campaign of joy, which is based upon positive attitude and the values of human rights. The campaign stands for human rights, equality and diversity.

Panda has been chosen to become the symbol and the ambassador of the campaign and is encouraging everybody to build up as much joy and kindness in their everyday lives as possible. Campaign focuses on human rights education and youth participation and is inspired by No Hate Speech Movement in Europe.

By creating the synergy between public appearances of Panda and the involvement of society in to the instant positive actions and activities, interactive tools and social media and education of human rights, the project aims at developing the online behavior based on mutual understanding, respect and friendliness as well as embolden the initiatives of young people promoting human rights.

Programme Project is part of “All different – All equal: Human rights, active participation and variety” which is part of NGO Programme Lithuania, funded by EEA Grants. Overall objective of the NGO Programme Lithuania is strengthened civil society development and enhanced contribution to social justice, democracy and sustainable development; and strengthened bilateral relationship between Lithuania and the Donor States – Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein.
